Gain the inspiration, motivation, and tips you need to keep writing your story with Krista Vernoff.

“Tell the truth. Bare your soul. Laugh while you do it.” —Krista Vernoff

Writer Krista Vernoff offers an important reframe for those looking to pursue their art.

Whether you are a poet, songwriter, essayist, novelist, or a screenwriter, your lived experience must inform your writing.

This writing workshop with Golden Globe-winning writer and producer Krista Vernoff helps you move past what holds you back in writing and guides you to put your truth into words. In a nurturing creative environment, you practice spontaneous writing exercises, use creative writing prompts, connect with your inner voice, delve deep into your life experiences, and share your stories to receive positive feedback and support rather than criticism. You learn to call up and draw on your own life experiences—your pain, joy, longing, and fears, along with the funny, the dramatic, and the real—and use that truth in your writing mode of choice.

You return home with the inspiration, motivation, and professional tips you need to keep writing your story.

Bring a journal and a pen or other writing instrument (or a computer, if you prefer).
