Our campus is closed in 2020. But we're still here for you. Join Omega Conversations with favorite teachers, and our private  Facebook Group community.

As an author today, you have unprecedented control over how your book is published, but what good is that control without the knowledge of how to best implement it? Paul Cohen has published more than 400 books by authors such as Ram Dass and Deepak Chopra, and this weekend he shares the insider information you need to bring your book into the world.

You learn the difference between a large house, small press, and self-publishing; how to find the right publisher; and the difference between types of contracts so you can be empowered in your negotiations. You get detailed instructions on how to self-publish, get backlist titles back into print, find an agent, and market your book successfully. You also get an overview of the top publishing companies, information on how to submit manuscripts and proposals to leading publishers, and guidance for finding the right title for your book.

If you have ever dreamed of publishing a book—whether it’s still just an idea or you have a manuscript ready to go—you leave with a clear path to publishing.

Optional: To help assure your satisfaction with the course, Faculty invites you to email beforehand to explain your reasons for attending and what it is you hope to take away from the weekend. Please write Omega Course Participant in the subject heading, as he receives many emails. Faculty's email will be provided upon registration.
