Thousands of people have overcome cancer against tremendous odds. In this workshop, you can learn how they did it. Based on the book Radical Remission by Kelly Turner, teachers Kathryn Doherty and Caryn Murray share the 10 healing factors that survivors have been found to share in common. You learn to:
- Take charge of your healing
- Strengthen your immune system by radically changing your diet
- Choose supplements that are right for your body
- Identify your strongest reasons for living
- Access and strengthen your intuition
- Release suppressed emotions held in your body
- Increase positive emotions in your day-to-day life
- Accept love and support from others
- Develop a daily spiritual practice
- Make movement and exercise a daily habit
You leave with 1-, 6-, and 12-month action plans to implement right away. Those who wish to prevent or overcome cancer or another health challenge, and those supporting friends or family, are welcome. Health-care professionals learn valuable tools they can use with their patients.
