Join Shai Plonski, author of The Joy of Giving Massage, in this retreat for couples, friends, and family members. You and your loved one(s) learn loving touch massage, meditation, and yoga practices that nurture loving appreciation and gratitude for these special partners in your life. As you learn to exchange massage with each other, you discover a gentle, loving way to help release stress, ease into sleep, and experience a deep sense of play and gratitude.
Return home with experience performing short and skilled massage flows for the back, neck, shoulders, feet and head; heart-opening meditations; and customized yoga flows that help you release tension and tune into your body.
You must attend with a partner. The minimum age for this workshop is 12. Teens must attend with an adult registered in the workshop.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
