Seasonal community members contribute to Omega’s mission of awakening the best in the human spirit and are instrumental in producing a fantastic guest experience. Community members come from all walks of life–from 18-year-olds to retirees. Many people in mid-life find that a season at Omega is an ideal experience during a life transition or career change. It is also perfect for young graduates and active retirees who want to participate in community living. There may be teachers on break from school working in the garden, aspiring chefs gaining experience in large scale banquet service meals, and college students eager to gain team-building skills by welcoming participants and helping them with luggage.
Our seasonal program offers an opportunity to live and work in a vibrant learning community on Omega’s 250+ acre campus, enjoy delicious meals in a vegetarian focused dining hall, and have access to a robust program of classes, in everything from yoga, to the arts, to professional development. Seasonal Community Life at Omega is rich with developmental experiences and opportunities to gain lifelong friendships and memories.
Our seasonal community is a place to transform and thrive. Together we create a safe honest environment for self exploration. Many successful artists, yoga teachers, and professionals began their journey here as part of our seasonal community.
